MockupShow（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）是一款在 iPhone 和 iPad 上运行的 3D 手机样机视频编辑工具。我们非常重视您的隐私。本条款说明本应用如何处理您的信息。
简而言之：本应用不要求注册账号，不收集、不上传、不出售任何个人信息。您的录屏、图片、音乐和草稿只保存在您自己的设备上。
1. 我们不收集的信息
本应用：
- 不需要注册或登录，没有账号体系；
- 不接入任何第三方统计分析、广告、崩溃收集或用户追踪 SDK；
- 不收集您的姓名、手机号、邮箱、位置、通讯录、设备标识符（IDFA）等个人信息；
- 不会将您导入或创作的任何内容上传到我们的服务器——我们没有用于存储用户数据的服务器；
- 不会跨应用或跨网站追踪您。
2. 本应用会访问的数据及用途
为实现编辑功能，本应用会在您主动操作时访问以下数据。所有处理均在您的设备本地完成。
2.1 照片与视频
- 导入素材：当您点击添加媒体时，本应用使用系统照片选择器，仅能读取您亲自选中的录屏、视频或图片。若所选素材存储在 iCloud 照片中，系统会先将其下载到设备。
- 导出成片：当您导出视频或图片时，本应用会请求“添加到照片”权限，仅用于把成片保存到您的相册，不会读取相册中的其他内容。
- 自定义背景：您从相册选择的背景图片会被复制到本应用的私有存储空间中使用。
您可以随时在 设置 › MockupShow › 照片 中修改或撤销该权限。
2.2 音乐文件
当您选择“导入音乐”时，本应用通过系统文件选择器读取您选中的音频文件，并将其复制到本应用的私有存储空间，用作背景音乐。本应用不会访问您的 Apple Music 资料库或其他文件。
2.3 草稿与偏好设置
- 您的编辑工程（草稿）、导入的素材副本、保存的姿势与运镜，均存储在本应用的沙盒目录中，仅本应用可访问。
- 外观偏好、Pro 解锁状态等设置保存在设备本地。
- 删除本应用会同时删除上述全部数据。若您开启了 iCloud 云备份或电脑备份，这些数据可能会按照 Apple 的规则被包含在设备备份中。
3. 应用内购买
本应用提供一次性买断的“MockupShow Pro”内购项目。购买、恢复购买和兑换码均通过 Apple 的 App Store 完成：
- 支付信息由 Apple 处理，我们无法获取您的 Apple ID、银行卡或付款信息；
- 本应用仅通过 Apple 的 StoreKit 接口确认 Pro 是否已解锁，并在设备本地记录解锁状态。
Apple 对相关数据的处理适用 Apple 隐私政策。
4. 网络连接
本应用的编辑、渲染与导出全部在设备本地离线完成。仅在以下情况下会产生网络连接：
- 通过 App Store 加载 Pro 商品信息、完成购买或恢复购买（由 Apple 系统处理）；
- 系统从 iCloud 下载您选中的照片或视频（由 Apple 系统处理）；
- 您点击“在 Pixabay 找音乐”等外部链接时，系统会在浏览器中打开对应网站。外部网站的数据处理适用其自身的隐私政策，与本应用无关。
5. 分享
当您使用“分享”功能时，系统分享面板会把您选择的文件交给您指定的应用或服务（例如微信、AirDrop、邮件）。此后该内容的处理适用接收方的隐私政策。
6. 儿童隐私
本应用不面向 13 周岁以下儿童提供专门服务，也不会有意收集任何儿童的个人信息。由于本应用不收集个人信息，儿童使用时同样不会有个人信息被我们获取。如果您是未成年人，请在监护人的指导下使用本应用及进行购买。
7. 数据安全
由于您的数据从未离开您的设备，其安全性主要由 iOS 系统的沙盒机制和您的设备锁屏密码保护。我们建议您为设备设置密码，并妥善保管备份。
8. 您的权利
由于我们不持有您的任何个人信息，您对本地数据拥有完全的控制权：
- 在应用内删除草稿、自定义背景、音乐、姿势与运镜；
- 在系统设置中随时撤销照片权限；
- 卸载本应用以彻底清除其全部本地数据。

如本条款发生变更，我们会在本页面发布更新后的版本并修改“最近更新”日期。若变更涉及数据处理方式的重大变化，我们会在应用更新说明中提示。

MockupShow (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a 3D phone mockup video editor for iPhone and iPad. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how the App handles your information.
In short: the App requires no account and does not collect, upload or sell any personal information. Your screen recordings, images, music and drafts stay on your own device.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
The App:
- does not require sign-up or sign-in, and has no account system;
- does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting or tracking SDKs;
- does not collect your name, phone number, email, location, contacts, device identifiers (IDFA) or other personal information;
- does not upload anything you import or create to our servers — we operate no servers for storing user data;
- does not track you across apps or websites.
2. Data the App Accesses and Why
To provide its editing features, the App accesses the following data only when you take an action. All processing happens locally on your device.
2.1 Photos and Videos
- Importing media: when you add media, the App uses the system photo picker and can only read the recordings, videos or images you select. If a selected item is stored in iCloud Photos, the system downloads it to your device first.
- Exporting: when you export a video or image, the App asks for “Add to Photos” permission, used solely to save the result to your library. It cannot read anything else in your library.
- Custom backgrounds: a background image you pick from your library is copied into the App’s private storage.
You can change or revoke this permission at any time in Settings › MockupShow › Photos.
2.2 Music Files
When you choose “Import Music”, the App reads the audio file you select through the system file picker and copies it into the App’s private storage for use as background music. The App does not access your Apple Music library or any other files.
2.3 Drafts and Preferences
- Your projects (drafts), copies of imported media, and saved poses and camera moves are stored in the App’s sandbox, accessible only to the App.
- Settings such as appearance and Pro unlock status are stored locally on your device.
- Deleting the App deletes all of the above. If you use iCloud Backup or computer backups, this data may be included in your device backup according to Apple’s rules.
3. In-App Purchase
The App offers “MockupShow Pro”, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases, restores and offer codes are all handled by Apple’s App Store:
- Payment is processed by Apple; we cannot access your Apple ID, card or payment details;
- The App only uses Apple’s StoreKit to check whether Pro is unlocked, and records the unlock status locally.
Apple’s handling of this data is governed by the Apple Privacy Policy.
4. Network Connections
Editing, rendering and exporting all happen offline on your device. Network connections occur only when:
- loading Pro product information, purchasing or restoring through the App Store (handled by Apple);
- the system downloads a photo or video you selected from iCloud (handled by Apple);
- you tap an external link such as “Find music on Pixabay”, which opens the website in your browser. That website’s own privacy policy applies.
5. Sharing
When you use “Share”, the system share sheet passes the files you choose to the app or service you pick (for example Messages, AirDrop or Mail). From then on, the recipient’s privacy policy applies.
6. Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App collects no personal information, none is obtained when children use it. If you are a minor, please use the App and make purchases under the guidance of a parent or guardian.
7. Data Security
Since your data never leaves your device, it is protected primarily by the iOS sandbox and your device passcode. We recommend setting a passcode and keeping your backups safe.
8. Your Rights
Because we hold none of your personal information, you have full control of your local data:
- delete drafts, custom backgrounds, music, poses and camera moves inside the App;
- revoke Photos permission at any time in system Settings;
- uninstall the App to remove all of its local data.
9. Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. For material changes in how data is handled, we will also mention it in the App’s release notes.
