欢迎使用 MockupShow（以下简称“本应用”）。本使用条款（以下简称“本条款”）是您与本应用开发者（以下简称“我们”）之间就使用本应用所订立的协议。请您在下载、安装或使用本应用前仔细阅读本条款。您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您已阅读并同意本条款；如不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. 服务说明

本应用是一款 3D 手机样机视频编辑工具，帮助您将录屏、视频或图片放入 3D 手机模型中，通过姿态、运镜、背景、画幅与背景音乐的组合，制作产品演示视频及图片。全部编辑与导出均在您的设备本地完成。

2. 使用许可

在您遵守本条款的前提下，我们授予您一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让、不可再许可、可撤销的许可，允许您在您拥有或控制的 Apple 设备上，按照 App Store 使用规则使用本应用。

您不得：

• 对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、反汇编，或试图获取其源代码（法律明确允许的除外）；
• 出租、出借、出售、再分发或再许可本应用；
• 移除、规避或篡改本应用中的水印、内购验证或其他保护措施；
• 提取、单独分发本应用内置的 3D 模型、背景图片等素材，或将其用于本应用之外的产品；
• 将本应用用于任何违反法律法规的目的。

3. MockupShow Pro

3.1 内容与价格

“MockupShow Pro”是一项一次性买断的非消耗型内购项目，不是订阅，不会自动续费。解锁后，预览与导出成片中的“MockupShow”水印（包括 3D 样机机身侧边的标识）将被移除。免费版与 Pro 版的剪辑、运镜、导出等编辑功能相同。

价格以 App Store 购买页面显示为准，可能因国家或地区不同而有所差异。

3.2 购买、恢复与兑换

• 所有购买均通过 Apple 的 App Store 完成，并适用 Apple 的媒体服务条款；
• 使用同一 Apple ID 的设备可通过“恢复购买”重新解锁 Pro，无需重复付费；
• 您可以通过“兑换码”兑换我们发放的 Pro 优惠代码；
• 本内购项目不支持“家人共享”。

3.3 退款

退款由 Apple 根据其政策处理，我们无法直接为您退款。如需申请，请访问 reportaproblem.apple.com。退款成功后，Pro 解锁状态将被撤销。

4. 您的内容

• 您导入、创作和导出的录屏、视频、图片、音乐等内容（以下简称“您的内容”）的所有权归您或原权利人所有。我们不会获取、存储或使用您的内容。
• 您应确保对您的内容拥有合法的权利或授权，包括但不限于录屏中出现的界面、商标、人物肖像，以及背景音乐的版权。本应用中“在 Pixabay 找音乐”等入口仅为便利性指引，第三方素材的使用应遵守其各自的许可协议。
• 您不得利用本应用制作、传播违法、侵权、淫秽、暴力、欺诈或其他违反公序良俗的内容。因您的内容引发的任何纠纷或责任，由您自行承担。

5. 知识产权

• 本应用的软件、界面设计、图标、内置 3D 模型、预设姿态、运镜、背景图片及相关文档的知识产权归我们或相关权利人所有，受著作权法、商标法等法律保护。
• 使用本应用导出的成片，在您遵守本条款的前提下，您可以用于个人或商业用途（例如 App Store 预览视频、截图、社交媒体宣传）。免费版成片带有水印，请勿以任何方式去除。
• Apple、iPhone、iPad、App Store 是 Apple Inc. 在美国及其他国家和地区注册的商标。本应用中的手机模型仅用于展示目的，本应用与 Apple Inc. 不存在隶属、赞助或认可关系。使用含有 Apple 产品形象的成片时，请您自行遵守 Apple 的商标与营销素材使用规范。

6. 免责声明

• 本应用按“现状”和“现有”的基础提供。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对本应用作任何明示或默示的保证，包括但不限于适销性、特定用途适用性及不侵权的保证。
• 我们不保证本应用不会中断、没有错误，或与所有设备、系统版本完全兼容。导出效果可能因设备性能、素材格式等因素而有所不同。
• 草稿及素材仅保存在您的设备本地。因设备丢失、损坏、卸载应用、系统故障等原因导致的数据丢失，我们无法恢复，请您自行做好备份。

7. 责任限制

在法律允许的最大范围内，对于因使用或无法使用本应用而导致的任何间接的、附带的、特殊的或后果性的损失（包括但不限于数据丢失、利润损失、业务中断），我们不承担责任。在任何情况下，我们对您承担的全部责任，不超过您为本应用实际支付的金额。

本条款不排除或限制依据适用法律不能排除或限制的责任。

9. 终止

如果您违反本条款，您的使用许可将自动终止，您应停止使用并删除本应用。您也可以随时通过删除本应用终止本条款。第 4 至 7 条及第 11 条在本条款终止后继续有效。

10. Apple 相关条款

本条款仅在您与我们之间订立，Apple Inc. 不是本条款的当事方，不对本应用及其内容负责。对于本条款未尽事宜，适用 Apple 的标准最终用户许可协议（EULA）。Apple 及其子公司是本条款的第三方受益人，有权依据本条款对您执行相关约定。

11. 适用法律与争议解决

本条款的订立、执行和解释，适用中华人民共和国法律（为本条款之目的，不包括香港特别行政区、澳门特别行政区及台湾地区法律）。因本条款引起的争议，双方应首先友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。

12. 条款变更

我们可能会不时修订本条款。修订后的条款将在本页面发布，并更新“最近更新”日期。修订生效后您继续使用本应用，即视为您接受修订后的条款。

MockupShow Terms of Use

Welcome to MockupShow (“the App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and the developer of the App (“we”, “us”) regarding your use of the App. Please read them carefully before downloading, installing or using the App. By downloading, installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. The Service

The App is a 3D phone mockup video editor. It lets you place screen recordings, videos or images inside 3D phone models and combine poses, camera moves, backgrounds, aspect ratios and background music to produce product demo videos and images. All editing and exporting happens locally on your device.

2. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.

You may not:

• reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code (except as expressly permitted by law);
• rent, lend, sell, redistribute or sublicense the App;
• remove, circumvent or tamper with the watermark, purchase verification or other protections in the App;
• extract or separately distribute the 3D models, background images or other assets bundled with the App, or use them in other products;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose.

3. MockupShow Pro

3.1 What You Get and Price

“MockupShow Pro” is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and never renews automatically. Once unlocked, the “MockupShow” watermark (including the mark on the side of the 3D phone) is removed from previews and exports. Editing features such as trimming, camera moves and export are the same in the free version and Pro.

The price is shown on the App Store purchase sheet and may vary by country or region.

3.2 Purchase, Restore and Redeem

• All purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s Media Services Terms;
• Devices signed in with the same Apple ID can unlock Pro again via “Restore Purchases” at no extra cost;
• You can redeem Pro offer codes we issue via “Redeem Code”;
• This purchase does not support Family Sharing.

3.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; we cannot issue refunds directly. To request one, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. If a refund is granted, Pro will be revoked.

4. Your Content

• You or the original rights holders own the screen recordings, videos, images, music and other content you import, create and export (“Your Content”). We do not access, store or use Your Content.
• You must ensure you have the rights or permissions for Your Content, including but not limited to interfaces, trademarks and likenesses appearing in recordings, and the copyright of background music. Shortcuts in the App such as “Find music on Pixabay” are provided for convenience only; third-party materials are subject to their own licenses.
• You may not use the App to create or distribute content that is illegal, infringing, obscene, violent, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable. You are solely responsible for any disputes or liability arising from Your Content.

5. Intellectual Property

• The App’s software, interface design, icons, bundled 3D models, preset poses, camera moves, background images and documentation are owned by us or the respective rights holders and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
• Subject to these Terms, you may use videos and images exported from the App for personal or commercial purposes (for example App Store previews, screenshots and social media promotion). Free-version exports carry a watermark; do not remove it by any means.
• Apple, iPhone, iPad and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries and regions. The phone models in the App are for presentation purposes only; the App is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Apple Inc. When using exports that depict Apple products, you are responsible for complying with Apple’s trademark and marketing guidelines.

6. Disclaimer

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device and system version. Export results may vary with device performance, media formats and other factors.
• Drafts and media are stored only on your device. We cannot recover data lost due to device loss or damage, uninstalling the App, system failure or other causes. Please keep your own backups.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits or business interruption) arising from the use of or inability to use the App. In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount you actually paid for the App.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

If you breach these Terms, your license terminates automatically and you must stop using and delete the App. You may also terminate these Terms at any time by deleting the App. Sections 4 to 7 and 11 survive termination.

10. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and us only. Apple Inc. is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App or its content. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China (for the purposes of these Terms, excluding the laws of the Hong Kong SAR, Macao SAR and Taiwan region). Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, either party may bring a lawsuit before the competent people’s court where we are located.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continuing to use the App after the revision takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
